  1. What should I wear to Devil’s Dungeon?

Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes as you may be walking or standing for extended periods. We recommend avoiding high heels, sandals, or clothing that could get easily damaged. Consider layers as it might get chilly or hot inside depending on the weather.

  1. Are you open if it’s raining?

Yes! Our entire attraction is indoors. Part of our cue line is covered. Umbrellas are not permitted inside.

  1. Is this haunted house appropriate for all ages?

We recommend anyone aged 13 and older. Parental discretion is advised.

  1. I purchased a ticket online, do I have to stop at the ticket booth?

No! Follow the signs over the cue lines to get in the right line for your ticket type. We will scan your QR code at the door.

  1. What if I can’t find my QR code for my online tickets?

Check your spam folder in your email. The email will be sent from slashvillehaunts@gmail.com. If you still cannot find your ticket email, simply stop by the ticket booth and they can look it up. You may be required to show proof of purchase (such as ID or credit card used).

  1. Are there any height or weight restrictions? Is Devil’s Dungeon wheel-chair

accessible? 

There are no restrictions. There may be certain spots where you might have to duck down for a low wall. Our haunted house is completely wheel-chair accessible.

  1. Will there be real actors or just animatronics?

Devil’s Dungeon features both live actors and animatronics to create an immersive and terrifying experience. The actors are trained to perform in a way that enhances the fear factor.

  1. How long does the haunted house experience last?

Tour times are dependent upon a number of factors such as the total number of people in line and how fast our staff is allowing them to go through the house. We have customers that move very fast and some that move really slow. Length of tours vary from group to group. Be prepared for a thrilling, non-stop experience!

  1. Is it scary?

Yes, haunted houses are designed to scare you!

  1. Are there any safety precautions in place?

Safety is always a priority at Devil’s Dungeon. There are emergency exits, trained staff, and safety protocols in place. However, please keep in mind that you’ll be navigating dark, tight spaces, so be cautious. Always follow the rules and listen to staff instructions.

  1. Can I bring my phone or camera inside?

We do allow phones inside, but we are not responsible for loss or damage. We do NOT allow the use of flashlights in order to maintain the immersive atmosphere. Keep in mind that this is a theatrical production and we do not want phones to distract and/or disturb others.

  1. What if I get too scared?

If you feel overwhelmed or need to leave the haunted house, there are usually staff members available to guide you out safely. It’s important to know your limits, and it’s perfectly okay to exit if you feel uncomfortable.

  1. When is the most/least busiest time? 

The closer we get to Halloween, the longer the wait times become. Arriving early, about 15-30 minutes before opening would allow you to be first or close to first in line. Coming earlier in the season will be shorter wait time.

14. Can I interact with or touch the actors?

You are not allowed to physically touch the actors or vice versa. Actors will interact with you verbally and through their performances, but they are trained to keep the experience safe and fun.

  1. Is there parking available?

We have free street parking along Davidson Street on both sides of the road. There is also a free parking lot across the street from Devil’s Dungeon.

  1. Are there any food or drink options?

Food and drink are not allowed inside the haunted house, however, is permitted while in line. We often have a food truck onsite, especially during our busiest nights. We also have drinks and snacks available for purchase in our gift shop.

  1. Can I bring my pet?

Pets are generally not allowed inside haunted houses for safety and health reasons. Leave your furry friends at home and enjoy the spooky experience yourself!

  1. Are tickets available at the door?

We do have a ticket booth onsite. We accept cash (cheapest option), all major credit cards, and tap pay. You can also purchase tickets online HERE.

  1. What happens if  I lose something during my visit?

Do not stop inside the house for any lost or damaged items. Upon exiting Devil’s Dungeon, go directly to the ticket booth to inform us of any lost items. Our staff will attempt to search for the article to the best of our ability at that time without interrupting the flow of foot traffic through the house. If we are unable to locate the lost item during operating hours, we will take your information and contact you in the event the article is located. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. We highly recommend leaving valuables in your locked car.

  1. Do you sell merch?

Yes! We have a gift shop at the end with lots of apparel, various scary souvenirs, drinks, and snacks.
